Can I get into a Master's of Science in civil engineering field in the US? What is the scope of getting jobs in the same field?

  You can easily get but required to do  Hard work. You have to write Exams i.e GRE, TOFEL  and need to get good score in both. Apart from these try to update your Resume by getting good CGPA, and  some achievement i.e. Merit certificates in any event (try to get in Paper presentation from IIT with there corresponding TECH-FEST) If you are  good in studies try to give research Paper and get published, it will help you alot while applying to Universities.
