How do I run Multiple Parallel Suites in TestNG?

What are the best social media marketing suites given the following criteria?

  • I'm looking for a social media monitoring suite that meets these criteria: - Multi-person management of Facebook and Twitter - In-depth analytics for Facebook and Twitter: User engagement, fan count, and monitoring progress towards benchmarks. Maybe even helping to establish realistic benchmarks/predictions. - Ability to schedule updates on Facebook and Twitter - Perhaps functionality to setup and run promotions/contests via social channels (a la Context Optional) The software would be used for a client with a rapidly growing fan base...nearly 100,000 fans on Facebook to date. Which program would be best? Thanks in advance!

  • Answer:

I agree with Jonathan. Hootsuite fits almost all your criteria (I don't know of any that setup and run promotions or contests). It is incredibly versatile and reasonably priced for small-mid sized businesses. Best features are the ability to schedule messages and assign tasks to different contributing members. http://www.hootsuite.com Check it out, I'm sure it will match what you're looking for!

Seems like Hootsuite would be the best....I would try hootsuite features to see how far you could go with that service which is a nice deal. Cotweet has some nice features, however hootsuite has some really nice functionality... They can scale up or down depending on the size and features you want...I hope that helps!

If you're looking to run it for free, you can get away with Tweetdeck.  It doesn't have the co-management functionality of Hootsuite, but you can have multiple people managing your social channels from it at once (they simply won't know what each other is doing, so check your stream before posting to make sure you're not duplicating efforts). Wildfire has a nice free analytics tool that allows you to measure FB and TW  growth - as well as compare it to that of others: http://monitor.wildfireapp.com/ They also have a very powerful promotions platform for Facebook.  Haven't used it, but their rep gave the demo, and it's impressive. Radian6 also allows for multi-person management/monitoring of conversation and is modestly priced for the space. Hope this helps.

Have a look at Everypost -- it’s a convenient mobile app that lets you post to and manage your social media accounts all in one place. And the scheduling feature is currently in beta! To see it in action, check out our video:
