I currently have a full time job where the boss recently told me he doubts my motivation but ended the conversation asking me to go to Cambodia and start their 2nd office. What should I do?

What country is your companies current business in? If you have the largest automotive group in your country you should monetize it and once you have made a stable business out of it, you will be free from your boss. Plus I think it will give you motivation since you'll be working for yourself. Regarding the 2nd office, my companies name is 2nd office, but were in the philippines lol.
