How do you add multiple playlists on Youtube?

How do I *quickly* add a video to a YouTube playlist, using as *little* time as possible?

  • I curate a large number of science-based YouTube playlists to show to the public. Due to my diverse interests, however, I have many playlists. Scrolling down takes up more time than it did before YouTube's December 2011 changes. I'd prefer to add the stuff into a playlist that I'm typing in. In the picture above, I'm just trying to quick-add it to a list that is buried deep down. So, how do I get around this problem?
