What is the best way to negotiate for higher pay before accepting a job offer?
-
Here is the situation: I was approached by the a software company head (company fairly old enough but not big/ popular) asking if I were interested in joining them after he found me on internet looking at my online profile. After an online coding exercise (on developing a web app), they offered me entry level software engineer job for INR 3.69 Lakhs/ annum. I'd think about joining if its INR 6 Lakhs/ yr or at least goes above 5. How should I make a move?
