What is the best company to use for overseas shipping?

What is the best shipping company to use when shipping from Turkey to the U.S.?

  • This is for low volumes - max 2.5 pounds per package including packaging.  Cheapest, most reliable.  I know that FEDEX, DHL, and UPS are all options.  Trying to figure out which one is the best.

    Cheapest option is PTT :) For a faster and trackable delivery I recommend DHL and TNT. Take note that their prices are negotiable (if you send from your company's office), when I was working with them they were even asking me the other company's price so that they can match it or offer a better deal.

I've used all UPS, Fedex, and DHL and I can honestly say Turkish national post service PTT is the best and easiest one to use. I've sent quite a few packages, some of which were pretty big like 4-5kgs to California and New York, never had a problem. They send the package to the US and in the US American post service USPS delivers the package. USPS also never disappointed me. And it's cheaper than other post services.
