Isn't Android supposed to be open source? I can't find the Android 3.0 source code and it appears that Asus has had it for a while now. This is a follow-up question to .

Answer:
AFAIK android src doesn't hit AOSP until release is done. Probably because it'll be harder to maintain mergers and prevents issues being opened on half baked code
