I'm stuck between sports, academics and a social life? I fear that I'll regret not practicing sports but I feel like the quality of my social will decrease. If I focus too much on the social aspect, my grades will drop and so on. Any tips?

Having been through the same ordeal in highschool myself, first of all, it all matters a lot less than you think, and since ultimately this question revolves around how much you want to enjoy your life, enjoying your life should be the answer. Basically do what you feel like doing, find your own balance, and don't forget time for yourself. There will ultimately be times in life when you do too many of any one of these things, but that's never time wasted. You will have a chance to do allĀ of these things as much as you want, so worrying about what you could be doing instead will just tarnish the moment that you are living in. The answer here is just go with the flow, everything will work itself out, and in heinzeit, any way you spent this time will either be a learning experience, or a good experience, or both.

Your question reminds me of this After 4 years of college, here are my 2 cents. Practicing sports will improve your academic performance. Exercising has been proven to improve your happiness and productivity. You'll sleep better, feel better andĀ Don't think of practicing sports as another chore you have to do. Think of it as a recreational thing. There are no reasons why you couldn't combine sports in your social life. Play pick up basketball with new people, call up a couple of friends and have a friendly soccer game, if it's nice outside, play some ultimate frisbees, etc. If you're really passionate about a sport, look for an organization with that focus. The org will have regular social events and practice. Two birds with one stone. Lastly, remember to prioritize. Ask yourself why you're in school. When you have a test and a party to decide against, ask yourself: "in 10 years, what will I remember more? How would this affect me?" Will I remember a failed test more than a <insert favorite band here> concert? If the test is the MCAT then obviously that's different.
