What are some good books that every entrepreneur should read to better understand and get the know how on the business stuff of startups?

Thanks for the shoutout for Mastering the VC Game, David.  Art of the Start by Guy Kawasaki and Start Up by Jerry Kaplan are oldies but goodies.  Bill Draper recently wrote a good, historical piece called The StartUp Game.

After I graduated from the university I spent some time building and growing several web projects with my friends. We were young and inexperienced, and obviously, did a lot of mistakes. Lots of good suggestions here. In addition to Brad and Jason's blogs, anyone considering taking outside funding should read Venture Deals. They do a great job of explaining jargon, demystifying venture capital and even telling a number of VC "secrets."
