How to store information?

How can I ask Gati logistics chain to not to store my personal information in their system without my permission?

• These days, whenever I make a call to the Gati logistics chain, India, they greet me with my name. They have stored my name, personal number and my place in their system. When i inquire them of how can they my store my details without my permission, they don't have an answer. I would not like any company to store my personal information without my consent. What should I do in this case?
