What is the history of Hyderabad?

Are there Seemandhra people who settled in Telangana region outside Hyderabad? Are there Seemandhra people who took up government jobs outside hyderabad?

• As we know before the merger with the telugu districts of telangana, Kurnool served as the capital of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andhra_State from 1 October 1953 to 31 October 1956. After the merger of all the telugu speaking districts and formation into one State, Hyderabad was selected as a capital because it used to be the capital of Hyderabad State and has required infrastructure. Capital Definition: Historically, the major economic centre of a state or region often becomes the focal point of political power, and becomes a capital through conquest or federation. How would that be called a capital? 2) Once the state is formed, and a city is declared as a capital, it is assumed that city belongs to people of entire state and not a region. Did Telangana leaders during the merger only want Taxes to come to the capital from the rest of Andhra and not the people ? 3) Did Telangana leaders with Mulki rules want all the government jobs in Hyderabad only for Telangana Region? If more Andhra people are in government jobs, that is due to the availability of more educated people in Seema-Andhra Region during formation of state. It is a fact that Hyderabad state is one of the richest in the country during Independence. That does not mean everyone living in Hyderabad is rich. Nawab and his family are rich and they took most of the wealth with them. That's why we still run to see his jewels every time there is an exhibition of them. Literacy rate was very low among telugu people under Nizam Rule. Since Hyderbad became the seat of Andhra Pradesh government, they have government positions without anyone to fill them. Of course people of entire AP state would apply for the positions. So much effort is put by leaders from both regions to contribute towards growth in literacy rate of the state. In this way, we can still honor Mulki rules in Hyderabad, except there will be very few government jobs. 5) "Many" Telangana people show this huge list of institutions that was built/established by Nizam of Hyderabad. What is the percentage of tax revenue that is contributed by institutions built by Nizam to the City of Hyderabad ?  IT and Pharmaceuticals industry are built by people of both regions. We cannot say that people from specific region built the latest - high tax paying industries. They talk as if Andhra people have not contributed to Hyderabad at all and are only sucking on to the taxes generated by Nizam built institutions. Why dont current Telangana leaders ever show the breakup of taxes by industries in Hyderabad? Current Telangana leaders only talk about government jobs..for which a government process is already initiated to remove any Seema-Andhra employees who are not eligible under mulki rule.  7) Mulki rule in Hyderabad City: If you want all jobs in Hyderabad city to be only available to Telangana people, than why are Telangana people having jobs outside their region? By region, I mean..either rest of the state, rest of the country or different country. How long do you want Mulki rule to apply? Forever ..Eternally? They call current Seema-Andhra people in Hyderabad as "Settlers", "Thieves" etc. At least those Seema-Andhra people are in the state capital. We should talk about Telanagana people outside the Telangana Region.. because they will be termed as" Settlers" also. If there are seemandhra people in Telangana region outside hyderabad, please enlighten.

  first of all how do you define locality?telangana became a state in 2014,how could this telangana state decide locality of entire population of telangana(without consulting AP,or atleast GOI)?before  asking anything keep in mind 371D.i was born in seema.i lived all my life in tgn,except some summer holidays..my mom's native is seema,she is working in nalgonda as a teacher.she earned her job through APPSC with good performance.SHE DIDNT FALSELY PROVIDE TELANGANA CERTIFICATE,SHE WAS ON TOP "MERIT LIST",SO SHE HAS HER WISH TO TAKE ANY PLACE WITH ZONAL SYSTEM AS MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 371D..now some ppl(ill minded) are trying to say she came falsely.why cant telangana compete in the same manner as rest of india?why tgn always try to play the "VICTIM CARD"?this type of attitude will create another JK in the south india.TGN ppl  go to US,UK,DELHI,MUMBAI and can settle there,and also lots of gujaratis,maratis can settle and build their business empires  like  GUJARATI GALI IN KOTI and outrun all local electronic hardware stores,but you cant even think of fellow telugu ppl,andhras settling in HYD?WHY?......selecting KCR is the worst thing,he may achieve something,but he will do lot of damage to national integrity,currently no state hates other state like TGN hates AP,wasnt all that due to TRS...sorry i deviated from the question..kcr enjoys tgn on camels,parties with sonia,and he knows everything on the bill, now hes blaming CBN for the implementation of AP reorganisation act 2014?phewww!!when will  TGN ppl open their eyes...theres no state in india where a news channel, T-news being broadcasted from official party office which is also in power.and a CM whose son,son in law is a minister,daughter MP.
