How do I find a world class programmer for code review?

• Elaboration I'm working at a small startup and three of us founding members write all the code.  We are rewriting our code base having learned a great deal over the last few years.  We have some money to hire  help, but we don't have enough money to bring in a really great long term employee.  Instead, we would like to hire a really great person to review our code, give us feedback, and teach us to be better programmers. How can we find really top talent that will perform an intense review of our code (e.g. 2 days and $2000)? Does this seem like a reasonable plan? If we find said talent what instructions should we give them to get the most bang for our buck? Our project I would be happiest with generic answers, but in case it helps we are using angular, google app engine, python, and bootstrap.  We run a not for profit lab at Stanford, http://perts.net, that works to motivate students using online exercises.
