How to apply to Manipal university?

How is Manipal University for B. Tech. or MBBS? Is it any Good?

    They are two different streams so drawing a comparison between the two won't be easy. I just returned home after ny last teaching semester of Electronics and Communication engineering from Manipal. It is good. The atmosphere is good, the lofe is wonderful, both academically and for enjoyment. The only drawbacks are the hefty fee and the number of students. Other than that, everything's pretty good. My sister is a doctor and completed her MBBS frok Manipal. It's ab excellebt college for MBBS. Hard to get into, the only drawback is again, the fee. Their faculty is very good and the teaching is designed to give you an edge when you write the USMLE, the exam needed to be a doctor in America.

First decide what you want to do.Then decide the university. We don't want another Chetan Bhagat 1) Kasturba Medical College in Manipal is great. 2) Manipal Institute of Technology is also good.

I dont know anything about Manipal University apart from some of my friends and media. What I heard about MBBS is that it's one of the top tier institute in India. And regarding B.Tech, it's good, not as per IITs (the old ones), but may be like NITs. Thanks for the A2A. Now I know a little more about Manipal from the comments.
