How to stay logged in for Android?

Why can't I stay logged into Google Apps in iOS?

I find too often that I need to re-login to google to get to my mail or calendar (web apps). I don't think this is correlated with using a public kiosk to access google's services and logging out of that browser session. Why doesn't Google let iOS stay logged into their webapp? I assume this is by design, but I hope they aren't trying to make the Android experience artificially better in this way.
Answer:

Start off with making sure you have the latest iOS, as this may be a bug that was fixed by Apple. Then try clearing your cache and cookies in Settings>Safari>Clear Cookies/Cache. In the same menu, make sure "Accept Cookies" is set to at least "From visited," if not "Always." Hope this helps.
