WordPress: Is there anyway to get a custom post types list sorted by custom taxonomies?

I'm currently trying to build some heavy website using Wordpress CMS. In it, we use the custom post types system to handle some parts of the website. In those custom post types, we also created a custom taxonomy. And I wondered if there were any way to query all the post from the custom post type, and to sort them by custom taxonomy?
