What is a good way to break in a snowboard?

What's the best way to break into ski and snowboard graphic design?

I've built a portfolio (http://slindberg.com/products/#/snowboards/) and started making custom topcoats myself but am looking for better ways to hustle!

I have known a couple guys who own skate-shops and things like that. When I use to skateboard, one particular shop I would go to buy bearings always had a private collection of boards I had never seen. When I asked him about it he said "They called him and asked to send boards to him so that he can sell them". It seems very straight forward but sometimes the quickest way to hustle and get out there is cold calling - these people and sending them products. (Exit)
