Can we program one NFC Tag to check in to a venue on foursquare on both BlackBerry and Android?

I know I can use the NFC Task Launcher app to write an NFC tag to check in to a foursquare venue on Android, but can we somehow make one tag work with both BlackBerry and Android, or do they use different ways to communicate with the foursquare app?

Answer:
Foursquare support for NFC tags to check in to a venue is based on the venue URL (http://m.foursquare.com/venue/VENUE_ID) stored in a tag. https://developer.foursquare.com/resources/client (see under NFC) Once you use an application to write this venue URL to the tag (http://howto.cnet.com/8301-11310_39-57378425-285/how-to-create-an-nfc-tag-for-foursquare-check-ins/) , this can be read by Foursquare app. Since Foursquare has announced venue URL reading capability for both Android and Blackberry, same tag can be used to check-in to a venue.
