Should I major in Computer Science or Writing?

What is the best undergraduate school for somebody who has gotten a SAT score of 400 in English Reading, 400 in English Writing, and 690 in Maths? What US university will accept someone for a computer science program with that score?

• Hello , I am an Indian student which passed out Intermediate (XII th Std.) in 2001. I have been working in the IT sector since then. Now I want to study at a decent computer science program in a university/college in the United States. Please suggest some colleges that will accept my applications with this score. Thanks

  Seriously? Your individual scores for writing and reading are so poor, they're barely above 50%, and unlike in India, that is unacceptable in the U.S. Your overalls SAT score will be what they look at first, they won't bother looking at your individual scores of your overall score is so low. At least work on bringing those scores up before applying to any university that will take you. Because at this point, any university that will take you will be kind of shitty.
