How much money do magazines in India make by ranking some unknown colleges and leaving out some really good colleges and ranking some colleges above what they actually deserve?

Answer:
I don't know how much money they make. But I can say its a lot. And it mostly depends upon how bad a college is being brought to how good a rank on the list. For example in private schools and colleges, they take 'donations' ( should be called bribe ) depending upon how bad they have performed. I was amazed to see that CAREERS360 Ranked VIT vellore over BITS Pilani. So I don't think they made more money than what they could by putting LPU or Amity on the first rank. ( which would have surely made students avoid careers 360)
