How to properly reference a user control and dynamically add it to page?

Why is Quora's user interface so thoughtlessly designed and insanely buggy?

  • I would like to add a couple of points that corroborate this question, and would encourage other Quora users to add to this question. Answer disappears before you are done reading it (probably because of timed auto-refresh) Quora Digest e-mails now only refer to the most upvoted answer, instead of the whole list of answer. An unfortunate design decision. No reliable way to contact the Quora team to troubleshoot or give feedback (hence why I jury-rigged this question to do so). No way to sort through your answers or filter for answered or upvoted questions; The notification center is a mess. Edit 13/10/14 - I'm sure some of the previous issues might have been addressed, but I'd like to add something else I just noticed: The body of a Question doesn't show when you browse directly from the e-mail Digest page, so you're left without a frame of reference when Answers respond to something addressed in the body and you can only read the title (and the only way to read the full question is by opening a new page - a nono).

  • Answer:

Because Quora hates its users. That seems an appropriately subjective answer to your question that makes accusatory assumptions.Quora has some annoying mobile quirks but if it was terrible, we wouldn't all be using it.
