How can I watch the major TV networks on a streaming media player?

I am looking to purchase either Amazon FireTV, AppleTV, or Roku 3. By my research, I don't think any of them offer channels like ABC, NBC, CBS, TNT, FOX, or ESPN (the channels that I most want to watch). I would like for it to be live because I want to watch the sports that are broadcast on those channels. I want to cancel my cable subscription and just get one of the three streaming media players because it seems cheaper. Is there a way for me to just pay for those channels and/or is there a box that includes them for free? (Having YouTube, Hulu Plus, Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, etc. is nice but I just want a cheaper way to watch just the channels that I want instead of having to pay $99/month for stuff I don't watch. I don't watch TV all that much but want it for live sports and live news if necessary)
