There are many online courses and tutorials that you could try learning these technologies (like those mentioned in 's answer above). But to really master them the only way I could say is to battle test your skills. Go through a few tutorials and start build something yourself, or even better, build something for your friend who are from non-IT fields. Ask them to throw all different ideas and requests to you, and try to implement them. Only by solving real problems (and especially those you can't refuse) would really help you get some real hands-on experience about these techs.

I will give you the truest answer of them all. Teach yourself and become a self learner. Then search YouTube and watch videos. This gives you the added bonus of thumbing through until you find a teacher whose style you like. I've seen some excellent HTML 5 tutorials that if you were to watch the video a couple of times it would make you a HTML rock star. The trick to video tutorials is you have to watch them more than once. First you watch to listen, then you watch to learn the second time, and third you watch to DO the third time. Fourth time is actual lab. 1 hour video tutorial = 4 hours time 3 video watches. (1 - listen only, 2 - watch take notes, 3- watch and do in mind) 1 video watch and do session with another computer or other actual material (may require a iPad and a computer.) There is a saying,"there's a book on anything" I add to that, there a video tutorial on anything. Go ahead I dare you to prove me wrong (within reason of course ;-)

You could try learning with a personal tutor or mentor. There are a few out there, http://www.careerfoundry.com being one of them
