How do I send email to a contact?

How can a contact send reply email to SalesForce user?

  • I used send email tool in Salesforce to send email to a contact. When the contact sent emails back, they jumped into my mailbox of my mail service provider, not to SalesForce. What can I do to get all of reply emails?

Hi, What mail service provider do you use? Are you Outlook or Gmail user? If so I suggest you to check 3rd party app that integrate SF and Outlook/Gmail. Take a look at ContactMonkey (http://www.contactmonkey.com/salesforce-for-outlook or http://www.contactmonkey.com/salesforce-gmail-integration).
