What bands or musicians are creating amazing music which could go mainstream, but are still undiscovered by most of the world?

Here's a couple of new bands I've recently discovered that have a lot of potential: The lead vocalist there is Levon Helm's daughter Amy. These guys, 18 South, are out of Nashville.
