Driver license category B and Caravan?

What personal expense category would a proceeding like "Renewal of Driver's License" fall under?

  Depends what you're trying to achieve. Budgets and budget categories are only useful if they drive some action. For me, I would put it under bills, because it's a cost of life, and isn't discretionary or negotiable. I want to know how much I spend and when, and I need to allow for that expenditure, but I don't need to control or reduce that spending. If there are tax considerations, you may want to put it under something like "claimable expenses" or similar. Note: I don't know Quicken, this is just generic financial management.
