Why do some people in andhra blindly following Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, who is a fraud and criminal? Is money with him making that?? or people really doesn't know reality or sympathy for his father??

Even though it has been proved that Y S is the one who indulged in many scams and crimes, still people supporting him like as if he is a great leader. Don't know why it is happening??? Have a strong belief that few people are following him only for the purpose of money making and few are from the point of cast and regional feelings. Dont know When people get realised :( :(

Answer:
Unlike people elsewhere Andhra folks will not cheat. So when Jagan gives them money to vote - they're not going to take that money and vote for someone else. It is just simply against their ethics.

The whole problem with AP politics is that we have only two parties which share majority of votes, TDP headed by Chandrababu "Naidu" and YSRCP headed by Jagan "Reddy". so, we have a caste based "cast" ing system. Naidu is more criminal minded than YSR, he is known for fooling his own Father-in-law, The legendary actor and founder of TDP , NTR. On the other hand YSR is from factionist background, but known for his honesty at least among his followers. This distinctive remark make them what they are perceived as today. As far as the corruption problem is concerned , we shouldn't really support naidu because he has looted lesser amount, after all considering inflation of Rupee and Budget limitations to loot Naidu would've looted more money than any other indian politician given his unprecedented support from industrialists like sujana,cm ramesh and other rajya sabha MP's(Actually perceived as his Binami's in AP) . I support YSRCP not because they are angels of democracy, but because i have to chose lesser evil but a stable government. Thank you.

Because people give so much importance to a person than an institution thus losing the bigger picture. This Hero worship and nepotism are killing our democracy. He runs a campaign against Chandra babu so people who hate Chandrababu will boost his campaign, show him as if he is the victim while he extorts crores of rupees to further add fuel to his campaign from the same people. Ofcourse this is the same case with Chandrababu and his followers. The 2014 elections are prime example of this. It was perceived as a war between Chandrababu and YSR Jagan. This polarized voters making it unfair to other political parties. If people voted keeping in mind of their needs instead of worrying about these so called leaders this would not have happened.People should think properly before voting. The questions they should ask themselves are:1. Am I going to get quality drinking water, electricity, sanitation, health, roads, education, employment and most importantly proper governance.2. Did I vote for this political entity before? If so, was I provided with the above the last time I voted?3. Is the person I am voting facing any criminal charges? How strong are these charges?Leave about being a criminal or taking bribes. Just try to think rationally. We all know our state infact, our country doesn't have facilities that I mentioned anywhere. Most of the politicians were once or twice in the office. We all know they failed miserably to perform their duties but, people still voted for them. This is because of this Hero worship and nepotism that is deep rooted into our democracy. As long as this narrow minded thinking exists in people we will many YSR Jagans.

In the present context,Nobody in politics is clean.YSJ having money doesn't make/give anything to the common public. All they(Politicians) give is 500/1000 rs during the Elections for an individual. That 1000rs note wouldn't make public life better in any instance. On the other hand,TDP guys(not only them, every party) also distribute money to public during elections.I don't think sympathy could get him into http://power.As time passes, clouds get cleared for public.Open secret is,Caste matters here. The Reddy Tag of Jagan and Naidu(Kamma) tag of CBN fetching their caste votes.Additionally,BC's on the whole support TDP(Kapu's Involved) whereas Christians and SC's support YCP as YS is a http://christian.As

Your question is based on few assumptions, lets clear them first. cases against Reddy are not proved yet, so technically you cannot call him fraud or criminal. Lets evaluate the each alternative you provided, Money: Even by today's very low political standards money can never make you politician. Money is necessary condition but not a sufficient condition to become politician. Anadhrapradesh is one of the most politically literate state in India. Even the ardent fan of jagan knows he is corrupt, but his supporters either do not have corruption in their evaluation scheme or simply choose to ignore it. Sympathy for his father is a crucial point, Jagan only claim for CM post is he being son of YSR other than that he has no credentials, never part of any government, never implemented any welfare schemes, never reached out to people when his father is present. Without YSR, jagan is just a failed industrialist . You missed a very important point of caste politics in AP. Majority of Reedy caste has chosen Jagan as their representative.(this is evident with its majority of seat share coming from Rayalaseema, a reddy dominated part of AP). A developed caste like Reedy always needs their share in power, thus fulfilled by Jagan. I feel only sympathy for his father and his caste made Jagan what he is today. Jagan failed as opposition leader as much as chandrababu failed as CM. 2019 elections would be very interesting as both are competing to become failures. Do remember the quality of the leader represents the quality of the people he commands.
