For Flash based widgets, I would recommend you check us out on http://www.flabell.com. For JS based widgets, we're working on our next start-up Blogvio, that will launch in several weeks, and provides widgets for these type of content: video, audio, images and general (such as tickers, coundown timers, calendars, and stuff like that).
