Sync iTunes on a new computer?

How do I sync all of my purchased music to a new computer using iTunes 10.3 and iCloud?

• I have the newly released iTunes 10.3 on a computer that has no iTunes library.  I'd like to sync all my previously purchased music to this computer. Using iTunes 10.3, I can go to iTunes Store -> Purchased (under Quick Links) and select an artist to sync to my computer.  This seems to work well. However, I have hundreds (thousands?) of artists in the list on the left hand side, and there seems to be no way to perform a "Select All". Is it possible to sync all my artists (and thus all my music) to my new computer?

  Running iTunes 10.3, click the Purchased tab on the left-hand side of the iTunes window. At the bottom of the main frame, click "Download Previous Purchases. At the top of the list, you'll see "All Songs" and a download button.
