What are some M.Tech-level academic projects in Hadoop?

Research areas related to Hadoop and Hadoop EcoSystem which has good industry scope too, so that it helps us while attending interviews.

It can be any project related to hadoop. May be implementation of hadoop cluster and build use-case on different domain,like security,online shopping or any meaningfull usecase. Above one is easy one but very effective in industry. If you really want to dig inside hadoop. Project could be how to increase efficiency of hadoop cluster, or how hdfs is effecient vs other file system? How mapreduce is evolving?. Just google it you will get lot of them. And tell you one thing anything with hadoop technology, industries will always welcome you in current 5 year market atleast
