How do you see a tool tip on iPad?

What version of Quora does the Quora staff recommend for iPad users, Mobile or the Full Site?

  • If you recommend the full why do I get a different UI under the Full Version on the iPad then I do on my PC the Tool Bar is completely missing? An example of what I do not see on any iPad version.

    They are recommending the mobile version of the website for use on mobile phones and iPads. This is due to the "content/editable" problems with the Safari implementation on IOS. That issue makes the tool bar basically unusable on IPhones and iPads so there is little reason to show it. Yes some of it's features work while entering your answer but if you click Add Answer then try and edit your work you will find that you cannot do so.
