What is the purpose of a double zipper?

These zips allow the wearer to adjust for comfort. After closing the zip, one can adjust both the top and bottom pullers for comfort, thus avoiding, for men with a little extra up front, a feeling of constraint. Most clients, in my experience, don't realise that the bottom puller is adjustable. Also, a trained eye will, depending on the design of the garment, be able to adjust the two pullers to effect the most aesthetically pleasing line. Not a difficult task, but a nice finishing touch.
