What products will actually get rid of pimples?

Are there home medicines or off-the-shelf products I can buy to reduce or get rid of scars due to popping zits/pimples?

• I am a guy , pretty good looking though I have scars due to the popping zits/ pimples due to which my skin looks like the below [Images taken off the internet] I wanted to check if there is any way I could reduce or get rid of them altogether? P.S: If there is no such thing available in market, what is the best alternative?

  Sorry, there is no home alternative for this depth of scarring. The best way to treat this is with a CO2 laser resurfacing. I would recommend 3 passes of the laser (at the same treatment), which would require a general anesthetic. Other lasers would be cheaper, and might improve it. A Pixel or Fraxel laser, IPL treatments, or deep chemical peels probably would help. But the fractional laser treatments will not go deep enough, and a chemical peel is analogous to CO2 laser as macrosurgery is to microsurgery, with more complications. It takes someone who is adept with the CO2 laser to get an effective treatment without complications. Below is a before and after of a patient treated with Bare Skin Care products for 6 weeks, followed by an Obagi Blue Peel. As you can see, she has improvement but is not perfect.
