Food Service: What's the worst thing you've seen done to another person's food?

• Whether something you did or something you witnessed, what is the worst thing someone has done to another person's food and then continued to serve it to them? Also, why was it done?

  I don't mind telling you all the things chefs go through to make customers satisfied. A customer orders a steak give specifics on how they would like said steak. Cook obliges customer with a perfect rendition of steak per customers request. Steak comes back to kitchen all cut up like a 7 yr old is gonna eat it but customer is not happy insisted we have not cooked "done enough" steak to their instructions. Cook re grills tiny bits of customers steak. Steak comes back. Customer insists that it needs more heat. I step in I scrap customers steak into a small bowl of water, place it in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes. I place steak bits back onto a fresh plate re garnish and send it back to customer. But not before I pat the bits of meat with a paper towel to remove any moisture possible left. Customer eats steak and raves about said steak and buys the kitchen a round of after shift drinks. That's the worst thing I've ever seen done to someone's food.
