-
I am preparing sales presentation: the objective is to showcase capabilities of a services company for CXO / Director level audience at prospective customers. How do I structure it? I am thinking of including following sections (not in this order): Index Summary : team skills and expertise Team skills detail for each skill. Case study How should I sequence my presentation? Answer:
You will need a very clear value proposition on why the company should shift from their existing vendors to you. The rest of the presentation should be data points or aspects that support that value proposition.
