What are some of the best books on guerrilla marketing?

What are some good books on guerrilla marketing?

  • Answer:

I'd start here: 1. "On Writing Well" William Zinser (because all marketing involves writing) 2. "The New Rules of Marketing and PR" David Meerman Scott (for a fantastic overview of new media tools and why they are important) 3. "Grassroots Marketing: Getting Noticed in a Noisy World" Shel Horowitz (for a small business looking for tested tactics that work) Since you used the magic phrase "guerilla marketing" I may as well mention Jay Conrad Levinson's books, which I find to be page stuffed and of limited value. He pretty much owns the phrase by publishing regularly on it, but wading through his books is not as profitable an exercise as the reviews lead you to believe.
