How can I make a Yahoo Pipes YQL query reduced to single value output as a wired input to a string builder?

I have to make 2 queries to a website, one depends on the value from the previous, I do not know how to wire the output of one YQL query as an input value to a string builder for the second YQL query

One way of handling this could be doing it in your application level? Query 1 -> Fetch -> process -> Query 2 with subresult of query 1?
