How do I start a career without experience?

How can I get back my confidence and start again after a really difficult career experience?

  • To sum up; I’ve burned out. Since then, I am trying to start eating again, living like a normal being and socializing like I used to do before.I used to be a self-starter, responsible to myself and my surrounding, explorer and big fan of creativity in any terms. I do not want to blame anyone, cause simple it is "us" letting others do bad things to us. I’m trying to get back to myself, trying to remember my strengths, joys and dreams. Still, I do hesitate to make a further career step cause simply I am so afraid to find myself in another difficult situation. It has been months. I am trying to stay financially independent by doing small projects, doing sports to feel better, improving cooking to remember small joys in life. Still I do have intense crying sessions, lost proper sleeping, and I am deeply wishing to find myself again!

Sorry I couldn't read the entire prob desc. But if you feel low and left out. Then just start thinking people around you are dumb/stupid. You will feel a lot better. And best way out is to focus on next thing, by now you should already be working on it.

Don't cry. It won't undo the past. It won't change your present. It won't even make you feel better about your past in the present. It will only take precious time away from your future. So, 1. Forgive ....yourself. And others. For getting you to this place. 2. Accept ....the situation as is. Reconcile with it. 3. Remember ....its okay to make mistakes. Because it shows you dared to try. 4. Take off on a holiday ....Rediscover yourself  OR 4. Join a class. ....Learn something new. Give yourself time to reconcile with the past, discover new talents, get your mind off your worries for a while.. Who knows, it could also lead to new opportunities.. 5. Meditate ....Reflect on your mistakes. See what led you down that road. Make a careful assessment. And when you're ready.. 6. Give yourself another chance. If you won't, who else will. Goodluck :-)

Difficulties are a part of life. Every body faces them and finally we all get used to them. It seems like you have a choice. You have other options. So you are asking others about it. What if you had no option? Like they say "You do not know how strong you are until being strong is your only option." It all depends on how bad you want it. People will always try to pull you back if you are good. You can not just keep on thinking about your past. What ever happened will obviously happen again, but as you said it will only happen if you let it. Learn from your past, move on and try again. Winners never quit.
