Why won't my questions show up?

Why does Quora show questions you've already followed or responded to under "Related Questions?"

  • Issue: I use the Related Questions list on the right of the page to discover potentially-interesting new questions. However, I end up running into questions I've already followed (or followed and then un-followed because I didn't care about them any more). Resolution: Filter these already-participated-in questions out of the list.

  • Answer:

    "Related Questions" are there for you to answer more questions.   If you have answered few of them, you can answer more questions.  Perhaps you can read more others answer.  This is what I think the Quora algorithm is doing , keeping user busy on it's site.
