How to preview image before upload?

Where can someone upload very large images for viewing without suffering from file compression?

I want to upload an image online. Dimensions : 161" width by 43" height. Basically, I want to upload a fashion spread as a single file, an image that someone can scroll left to right over to preview, but maintaining the quality of the image pre-upload. Also, should note that this image is a collection of five separate images that were RAW files, resized, then combined on a large PSD canvas, flattened then resized again to (11648 X 3056) pixels.
