HOW TO COME UP WITH SPICE?

Nowadays there are some Indian phone companies, like Spice and Micromax, who's built and design greatly resembles those of HTC and Samsung. How come there are no copyright infringement cases against them?

  These issues of Copyright is very critical and adhered to very detailed law. From a user's point of view, you can feel that a phone is perfectly a copy of any other reputed brand but when you look closely, as you did yesterday, you can see very minor changes from the original one which one cannot see easily until n unless he goes for a detailed look. A slight change in the position of track pad or just the different design of menu key is quite enough to save them from the Copyright law. The placement of front camera etc.are the main features which they use to differ from copyright issue. So, until n unless one makes a terrible mistake as Samsung did with Iphone and Gfive did to Sony, They can smoothly continue the Copy Business.
