How do you download ultra surf?

I can surf on the internet but I cannot download? Why?

• Well I have a BSNL network...I can surf the internet easily but I cannot download anything from the internet.! This problem is persisting on all my devices..Can anybody help ? I had recently downloaded a few torrent files..and the problem has been occuring after that..If that can give a lead..Also My Anti-virus software cannot detect any malwares or viruses..!

  Well, your question seems to be incomplete. When you say that you cannot download anything, what exactly seems to be happening? For example, when you right click on an image and do Save Image as, is it failing to open any pop-up or is downloading failing? Or is it just torrents that doesn't seem to be working? Either case, I suggest you get a good Anti-Virus and scan your system completely. If problem still persists, try contacting the BSNL helpdesk for suggestions. There is also the possibility that it might be some OS issue. As a last resort, you could try re-installing your OS. It will definitely work, if the issue is not on BSNL side.
