How To Create Adoptable Site Easy?

How can I create a community site/blog which makes it really easy for new authors to join and post?

• I like WordPress's multiple author functionality, but it's too complex for new authors. Blogger only allows up to 100 authors, which is not enough - the engagement on this site's idea is dependent on turning readers into authors (well, posters, rather than authors, I guess). Posterous is great, as is Tumblr, but neither really facilitate new authors, mobile posts or multiple photos. Posterous makes me approve each new post,  isn't easy to share, and is more of a scrapbook than a blog or community site. Tumblr doesn't do multiple photos, and I can't easily allow public submissions from mobile or email. I want readers to be able to join as authors in one or two clicks (maybe using Facebook Connect), and then be able to create posts with multiple photos of their own on trivially easily. The barrier needs to be really low. Other requirements: - Should be able to filter/search by author - Trivial posting from smartphones (and ideally featurephones) - Needs to be really easy for readers to share posts - Integration with FB/twitter so posts can be automatically shared by author - geotagging of posts is a must, as is location by-lining
