What's an ideal ratio for ux architects to visual designers in an agency setting?
-
The full service marketing agency (110+ people) I work for is currently trying to build its UX practice as well as its digital acumen overall and was wondering if anyone had encountered this scenario and can say with some certainty that a certain ratio works best. For example 3 visual designers to 1 ux architect. And why does thisĀ ratio seem to work for you? Realizing there is no "magic bullet" in this scenario my hope is to at least get thoughts from people that have been/already have worked their way through this type of scenario.
