What is the basic care for ice-skates?

What is some of the basic table etiquette to take care of when it comes to Asian culture?

  • Table manners are golden! The right etiquette can do wonders at a dinner party. Quite a few times, people are commonly confused about how to hold the chopsticks or how to drink soup. Is it ok to slurp or not to slurp? Tell us some of the basic etiquettes that must be taken care of, so as to not offend anyone or make a fool out of oneself!

  • Answer:

Don't stick your chopsticks into food upright, they will look like incense at a funeral, not the greatest association when you are enjoying your food. Don't use your chopsticks as a fork, i.e. don't pierce your food with them. In China, there is a dish called longevity noodles, they are incredibly long and are a symbol of long life, and you are not supposed to cut them. I am still not sure how to eat them properly. While slurping is quite a norm, if you prefer not to, no one is going to try to encourage you to do so.

In Japan, it is considered ok to eat noodles and soup with noisy relish and are said to taste better when you slurp! However, try to resist the urge to slurp too loudly.

To get to the last drops of soup or a stew, it̢۪s fine to tip your soup bowl or plate away from you. Also it's okay if you are not able to get to that last drop! Simply let it go to maintain good table manners :-) Know more on asian food. https://asianinspirations.com.au
