What are the games which involves physical activities that a child can play alone?

  • I have a nephew who is 7 years old. He just watches TV or plays games on mobiles. I don't live in their town but visit them regularly. I am worried that He is not involved in physical activities. Can someone suggest some games that I can buy him which involves some physical activities and he can play alone?

    Tree climbing, hoola hoop, shooting hoops, swing ball, catching bubbles (someone would need to blow them though). I find that kids often want some company and this can help encourage activity. Perhaps go on an adventure with him, plan a route and take a map and compass, make it exciting!

Skipping & skating would be best at this age as this is the time when all of his bones & muscles are growing at the faster rate, if not even dancing,gymnastic & yoga can be developed as a part of his interest at this point of time, something that will stay with him all his life, a hobby.
