How To Get On To Google My Way Design?

Somebody has copied my site (design and code) and it's appearing in Google when I search for my name. It's even ranked above my own site. The source code has not changed and the keywords consist of my name and business. What's the fastest way to get this site removed from Google SERPs?

  • 1. The site is hosted on http://www.hostinger.com/. 2. A picture of the culprit is displayed in the image results above my own image = false identity/impersonation.

  • Answer:

    Make a DMCA complaint to Google, then to the ISP or the website host.
