Which canadian university for low cgpa?

Do I have any chance in geeting admitted into a German university with cgpa 2.65?

• I've completed my undergrad in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a university in Bangladesh. I have a good IELTS and GRE score. I've completed A2 in German language. I've 1 international conference paper. I'm highly willing to go a German university for my masters degree but I'm frustated because some folks told me that my cgpa is too low. please guide me.

  Thanks for A2A. I really dont have much insights into admission process in Germany. You havent mentioned your CGPA, but it might be a factor that might have decent weightage in admissions. Are there any reasons with valid justifications why you had low CGPA? May be you can try to explain to admissions committee. You have showed your interest in really pursuing higher studies in Germany by learning German to some level, showed your aptitude by having 1 paper and good GRE/IELTS scores. So, try to touchbase with few gradutes of the schools via linkedin etc and get insights into admission process. Based on that you can decide if you need more to convince the graduate dept ..In the meanwhile try gaining some experience in the field you plan to apply that will strengthen your application.
