May be due to their analytical ability Since it is a new field with immense oppourtunities Not required much investments to excel From a country where manufacturing industry is almost died or no growth or no great oppourtunity Other people missed the initial kickstart (may not be applicable to Russians) Initially felt like a boring job/service
