What is the monthly premium difference in Obamacare Family Plan rates for a single mom with one 5 year-old kid and a high deductible Bronze Plan for a single, childless woman, assuming they are both 40 year-old non-smokers, working at jobs that pay $20,000 per/year?

The uninsured adult need not be a relative. If that person were a relative, he or she could get ACA coverage for no additional cost. Relatives include unverifiable aunts and nieces. The subsidy is based on estimated earnings for 2014, not necessarily last year's earnings.  At tax time in 2015, she will pay or receive a credit for the difference between estimate and actual. For example, if the childless woman makes $25K, she owes $708; if she makes $15K, she gets a refund of $721 ($60/mo).
