iPhone apps on a blackberry?

Are there walking tracking apps for the iPhone & BlackBerry that can track 1 to 2 hour walks?

• I'm not aware of any apps or used one, so the question assumed the phones might sleep and switch the GPS function off to save power and as such not track your route unless you keep the phone from sleeping?

  For iOS devices: MotionX GPS and Nike + app (which uses MotionX technology) will both keep track of your distance (using GPS) and regularly update your path in intervals to save battery power. Nike + will make use of the accelerometer to estimate the number of paces you've walked too. The Nike + app is a paid app in the App Store. You can also use the Nike + accessory (it's a small pill shaped device that will run you about $30). It contains its own accelerometer and pairs with your iPhone via Bluetooth to track your paces. This works using iPod Nano, iPod Touch, or iPhone. MotionX GPS allows you to fine tune GPS update intervals. You can export your track data and view it in Google Earth. There is an iPad version too. Nike + will sync your data to http://nikeplus.com and you can see your data on your Mac/PC in addition to your device. Another option is to try Google Latitude. It will visualize your trails using Google Maps and you can get a good estimate of your distance. You need a Google account to utilize this application. You can experiment with each app and figure out which one keeps data in a way that suits what you need.
